## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of supply and delivery of forty-six (46) laptops with Bluetooth mice, including chargers and warranties, for BANKSETA.** Bidders should be ICT hardware suppliers able to meet the detailed laptop specs (30 x 16-inch and 16 x 14-inch), Windows 11 Pro, and warranty requirements, with evidence of experience via reference letters, and capability to deliver to Centurion. Briefing: non-mandatory online session on 11 Aug 2026 (Teams link provided in the ToR), with final closing 03 Sep 2026.

#### Requirements
- Compliance and documentation: must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliant, and not restricted from public sector work; provide evidence.  
- Fully completed SBD forms and pricing schedules: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (firm prices), SPD 3.1, SPD 6.1, Annexure A; include VAT details where applicable.  
- Experience: at least three reference letters from clients (ICT systems/products) on letterhead, signed, dated, with scope, quantities, year, and client contact details (within five years).  
- Technical compliance: complete Tables 1 and 2 (Tables 4.5/4.6) indicating YES/NO for every specification; blanks disqualify. Samples may be requested to verify compliance.  
- Warranty/after-sales: laptops with 3-year on-site warranty; chargers with 1-year manufacturer and 2-year extended warranty; 48-hour response to warranty claims.  
- Delivery capability: deliver 46 laptops and 46 Bluetooth mice to BANKSETA within the project scope and 5-month delivery window.  
- Preferential procurement: CST (BBBEE) / BankSETA goals (black ownership, women, youth, disability, SME), with evidence to claim points.  
- Due diligence: accuracy of information in the documents; and existence of a CST/B-BBEE verification as applicable.  
- Samples: BANKSETA may request samples to confirm specifications before PO.
