- Deliverables: funding commitments, transaction structures, signed funding/partnership agreements, and monthly progress reports.
- Compliance: PFMA, Treasury Regulations, governance frameworks; risk management and governance alignment.
- Contract: initial 3 years with a potential 1-year renewal; Service Level Agreement to be finalised.
- Pricing: 5% success fee on funding secured and received; reasonable expenses recoverable from funding; all fees must comply with PFMA/Treasury rules.
