## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of two service providers for the supply and delivery of trees for a period of three years (RE-ADVERT)**. Bidders should be nurseries/landscape suppliers with capacity to supply and deliver trees; open to all bidders not in the service of the state, tax compliant, and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) where applicable.

#### Requirements
- Not in the service of the state and compliant with relevant procurement laws and policies.
- Tax compliance: ensure tax obligations; provide SARS PIN/TCS; foreign bidders must complete Part B:3 and may submit a TCS certificate; where no TCS is available, provide a CSD number.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of tax compliance; separate TCS/PIN for consortium members.
- Submit on official forms (Forms A-F) and fully complete Schedule of Prices (MBD3.1); initial every page.
- If a Joint Venture/consortium is involved, provide a properly signed JV agreement and ensure each party meets requirements.
- Evaluation uses 80/20 points (80 for price, 20 for specific goals); bids valid for 90 days; the Municipality may negotiate further conditions.
