## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of two service providers for the provision of HVAC maintenance services for a period of thirty-six (36) months.** The RFP targets bidders with HVAC maintenance experience capable of servicing a range of HVAC systems across TASEZ facilities, including preventative and reactive maintenance, with two packages for pricing and a 36-month SLA-based contract.

#### Requirements
- Two service providers to be appointed; CIDB Grade 1-ME and above.  
- Mandatory registrations/compliances: CSD (updated within 3 months), SARS Tax Compliance (PIN/TCS), COIDA Good Standing, SARACCA registration, and Ward-resident letters as specified.  
- B-BBEE: Minimum Level 3; SANAS-accredited certificate for QSE or sworn affidavit for EMEs; applicable sub-minimum requirements described.  
- Returnables: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 completed; fully signed; supporting JV/Consortium documentation if applicable.  
- Health & safety: Health and Safety File including COIDA, public liability, site roles, CVs, training, and HSE plans.  
- Technical/administrative mandatory requirements: CIDB 1-ME or higher; proof of SARACCA; proof of address; COIDA letter; Letter of Good Standing; CIPC registration.
