**Provision of a multi-disciplinary professional consulting team led by an Architect for the rehabilitation, refurbishment, redesign and upgrading of a fire-damaged municipal building in Qumbu, including office furniture.** Bidders should be registered entities capable of delivering a full team (Architect-led) with SACAP/SACQSP/ECSA qualifications, and must meet POPIA/SCM requirements. #### Requirements
