**Secure IT asset disposal services for Sasria SOC Ltd, including collection, data sanitisation, destruction, recycling and reporting for obsolete IT equipment over a 3-year term.** IT asset disposal and e-waste specialists should bid, with licensing, data-security capabilities, chain-of-custody, on-site destruction options, and B-BBEE/tax/CSD compliance. 

#### Requirements
- Valid and current licensing as a waste management entity for e-waste (Waste Act) with proof. 
- Demonstrated IT asset disposal experience with references; provide letters (4 letters yields max points). 
- Secure data sanitisation and destruction capabilities, including on-site destruction if required; certificates/reports for each batch. 
- Full chain-of-custody controls from collection to final disposal; secure transport and handover documentation. 
- Environmentally responsible handling of e-waste with recycling through authorised recyclers; landfill only where legally permitted. 
- Compliance with POPIA and Sasria information security requirements; onboarding conditions. 
- CSD registration and tax compliance; SARS TCS PIN or equivalent, with per-party documentation for consortia. 
- B-BBEE status: valid certificate or sworn affidavit; subcontracting proof if applicable. 
- Documentation: signed RFQ responses and relevant forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) plus pricing schedule and Price Declaration Form. (From Tender documents)
