#### Requirements
- SANAS accreditation as a B-BBEE Verification Agency (proof required).
- Detailed methodology and implementation plan with clear timelines.
- Proposed project team (Verification Analyst and Technical Signatory) with resumes and qualifications.
- At least three contactable references for similar B-BBEE verification projects (prefer public entities in the last 3 years).
- Fixed pricing schedule for three years (annual verification costs and any disbursements).
- Demonstrated ability to perform verifications in accordance with B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, the B-BBEE Act (53 of 2003), and relevant sector requirements.
