## Summary

#### Overview
**Denel Aerospace seeks a supplier to design, supply, install and commission 20,000 L backup water tanks and associated water-reticulation infrastructure to provide water to ablution blocks during municipal outages.** Bidders should have experience in water storage tanks, booster pumps, sensors, electrical control systems, and be able to provide a 10-year tank warranty, UV/BPA-free construction, and local after-sales support with appropriate certifications (SABS/SANS, ISO 9001).

#### Requirements
- Minimum 3 completed projects involving water storage tanks, booster pumps, water reticulation; reference letters required (50 points).
- Full technical compliance with tank, pump, electrical, sensor, control valves, piping and commissioning (20 points).
- Detailed project methodology, installation, commissioning, testing, and training plans (10 points).
- SHE compliance: COID letter, risk assessment methodology, SHE file capability (10 points).
- Local after-sales service and a 10-year warranty; supporting letters (10 points).
- Compliance documents: Valid Tax Pin, Signed SBD4, Copy of CSD Report; Annexures A–E as specified.
