**Procurement of venue, audiovisual, decor and catering services for BANKSETA AGM, to be hosted as a hybrid (in-person and virtual) event on 04 December 2026.** Bidders should be professional event-management service providers with experience in hybrid events and the ability to meet venue, AV, catering, and decor requirements. #### Requirements
- Register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a CSD Master Registration report. 
- Complete and sign all Returnable Documents and Forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1) as specified. 
- Quotations must be on the bidder’s letterhead, include VAT details, and be valid for 90 days. 
- Returnable schedules and documents must be submitted; supplier must provide references (minimum three). 
- Briefing session details provided; attendance as per RFQ guidance. 
- Additional evaluation and preference points per BANKSETA rules (80/20 price/preference; as per BANKSETA PREFERENCE POINTS CLAIM).
