## Summary

#### Overview
**BEY-SCM-629: Supply and delivery of Read AI Software Enterprise Version 5 seats for 24 months.** Bidders should be software/IT providers with licensing, deployment and support capabilities for enterprise AI software, and must meet statutory vendor requirements (CSD registration, SARS tax clearance, municipal rates clearance, BBBEE certificate) plus the declarations specified in the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration
- SARS tax clearance certificate
- Municipal rates and services clearance certificate
- BBBEE certificate to claim preference points
- Complete and submit required declarations: MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD6.1 (Preference Points), MBD8 (Declaration of SCM Practices), MBD9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination), and pricing schedule (MBD3.1) including VAT where applicable.
- Open tender; evaluation on 80/20 (or 90/10 per system) with price and specific goals; pricing must include VAT and all disbursements; acceptance of lowest or any tender at Council’s discretion.
