#### Overview
**Provision of Training Services for the FET Certificate in Wastewater and Water Reticulation (SAQA ID 60189) to be delivered in‑house by an SAQA‑accredited provider.** The project is an Open Tender issued by Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality for registered service providers with CSD registration and SAQA accreditation for the relevant unit standard, to deliver a FET certificate and related learner support. 

#### Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold SAQA accreditation for SAQA ID 60189. 
- In‑house delivery of the training; quantity of learners and start date to be advised upon award. 
- Pricing to include VAT and any disbursements; price per learner to be submitted. 
- Current SARS tax clearance and current municipal rates & services clearance certificates. 
- Declaration of interest completed; BBBEE certificate required to claim preference points. 
- Open tender; quotations submitted in sealed envelopes; no fax/email submissions. 
- Evaluation on 80/20 (price:specific goals) with specific goals including BBBEE status and provincial location. 
- Complete and submit all MBD forms as part of the bid (pricing schedule, declaration of interest, preference points, SCM practice, independent bid determination).
