## Summary

**The DR Beyers Naudé Local Municipality invites quotations for the supply and delivery of AIRDAC SNE (house service connecting cable and accessories) from registered suppliers.** Bidders should be electrical-cable vendors with CSD registration, SARS tax clearance, a current municipal (rates & services) clearance, and must complete the Declaration of Interest and BBBEE documentation, and comply with the GCC and any Special Conditions of Contract.

Billing and evaluation will consider the 80/20 or 90/10 preference system as determined, with Table 1 detailing BBBEE status and provincial location scoring. Local content declarations and SARB exchange-rate calculations apply for designated local-content thresholds (Electrical Cables: 90%).
