#### Overview
**Procurement of the supply and delivery of energy-efficient luminaires (Street lighting luminaires, including LED post-top, floodlight and solar variants) for City Power Johannesburg.** Bidders should be manufacturers or suppliers with ISO 9001:2015 certification covering the manufacturing of streetlighting luminaires, and capable of meeting the contract’s 3-year term if awarded. The process uses a two-stage evaluation (functionality 85% threshold, then price and B-BBEE).

#### Requirements
- Valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate in bidder’s name, covering manufacturing of streetlighting luminaires.
- Compliance with mandatory returnable documents (SHERQ, Invitiation to Bid, Form of Offer, Firm/Non-Firm Pricing, Declaration of Interest, B-BBEE, Tax Clearance, CSD, three years of financial statements, etc.).
- Tax clearance status or SARS PIN; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; municipal rates not in arrears; not listed on Tender Defaulters list.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for preferential points); full disclosure of ownership and past SCM practices.
- Evaluation: Stage 1 functionality 85% threshold; Stage 2 price (90 points) and B-BBEE goals (10 points).
