**Medical surveillance and examination services for Ga-Segonyana Local Municipality employees** are being procured. The municipality invites open bids from Health Professions Council of SA-registered providers to perform 130 medical examinations (lung function, blood pressure, Hepatitis A vaccination, spirometry, audiometry, vision screening, diabetes) and issue medical certificates, in compliance with health regulations.

#### Requirements
- Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
- Deliver 130 medical examinations with specified tests and issue medical certificates.
- Provide safe, compliant premises or mobile space (proof of lease/MOU or proof of residence/vehicle ownership if mobile).
- Ensure compliance with health industry standards and provide all required compliance documents/licenses.
- Provide proof of locality for preference points; provide B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit; Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number.
- If applicable, provide JV agreements and licenses relevant to the industry.
