#### Requirements

- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and CIDB certificate; detailed CSD and proof of governance where applicable.
- BBBEE: BBBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; to claim preference points.
- Returnable documents: MBD1 (offer and prices), MBD4 (declaration of interests), MBD6.1 (preference points), MBD8/9 ( SCM practices and integrity); copies of CIDB, tax documents, COID, registration certificates, etc.
- Proof that company and directors do not owe municipal rates or service charges for more than 90 days.
