- Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund; proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database.
- No disqualifying links to state service; separate TCS/Pin/CSD for each JV/party involved.
- Evidence of experience in comparable projects (up to five references; evaluation allocates up to 50 points for this).
- Adherence to JBCC building contract framework and related preambles; adherence to health and safety requirements.
