#### Requirements

- Tax clearance (SARS) and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.  
- Compliance with the 80/20 evaluation: Price (80) and Specific Goals (20); include BBEE and locality-related documentation.  
- Attendance at compulsory clarification briefing; a full-time staff member must sign the attendance.  
- No conflicts of interest, not in service of the state, and adherence to SCM rules (MBD forms, declarations, etc.).
