## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of branding services for eight CDM vehicles for the Capricorn District Municipality.** Bidders with vehicle branding/graphic design capabilities, signage and related branding delivery experience should consider bidding. Required supplier registration and compliance (see below) apply.

#### Requirements
- Branding of eight specifically scheduled vehicles (Nissan Navara, Toyota Landcruiser, Toyota Cross Sedan, Isuzu N Series Truck) as per the pricing schedule.  
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN/CSD number; if JV, separate TCS/CSD for each party.  
- Completion of MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 and GCC; pages must be initialled/signed; MBD4 must disclose ownership and related party information.  
- Proof of tax compliance (PIN/TCS) and, if applicable, pre-award questionnaire for foreign suppliers.  
- Proof of municipal rates/taxes or lease/traditional authority documentation for all entities involved (and directors, if JV).  
- Attended compulsory site meeting (if applicable) and declaration of interest requirements.  
- No late bids; written price quotations must be on official forms and submitted in a sealed envelope.
