#### Requirements
- CIDB grade 6CEPE/7CE or higher; joint ventures allowed with compliance.  
- In-house management/supervision staff satisfying labour-intensive scope; NQF 5 unit standard “Develop and Promote Labour Intensive Construction Strategies.”  
- Submit CIDB Certificate, original Tax Clearance, BBBEE documentation, and sign on official forms; not listed as Bid Defaulter; no conflicts of interest; comply with MFMA/PP Regulations.  
- Returnable documents: CIDB certificate, tax clearance, MBD forms, Schedule of Plant & Equipment, Schedule of Experience, and related procurement forms.
