**Procurement of township establishment services to subdivide, transfer land, and proclaim a new township for a District Disaster Management Centre, including feasibility, cadastral surveying, layout planning, environmental compliance, deeds-office processes and related documentation.** Ideal for professional service providers in urban planning, surveying, engineering, environmental, legal/conveyancing and project management with CIDB (construction elements), tax clearance, and CSD registration.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration where construction elements are involved; compliance with tax and CSD requirements; bidders must be tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Adherence to the 80/20 preferential procurement framework; minimum B-BBEE considerations and ownership criteria as indicated in the bid notices.
- Proof of municipal rates/taxes or lease/authority evidence for company and directors; joint ventures require documentation per party.
- Attended compulsory site briefing; completion and submission of all tender forms (Form A, B, C, MBDs, etc.) with pages initialled; CIDB grading for construction where applicable; JV agreements if applicable.
