#### Requirements

- Key personnel with SAQA/ECSA/SACPCMP registrations (Project/Construction Manager, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Refrigeration Specialist; Construction Health and Safety Agent) and relevant qualifications/certifications.
- Refrigeration Specialist: SAQA qualification plus active SAQCC Gas registration (Category B6) and project evidence.
- Compliance with tax and regulatory requirements; SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number for bidders (and separate PINs for consortia/sub-contractors).
- Insurance, bonds, and health & safety prerequisites as per contract data; adherence to the works information and quality plan requirements.
- No alternative bids; sign and submit all returnable documents as required.
