## Summary

#### Overview
**EOI to appoint a panel of service providers with the ability to supply and deliver office furniture for 36 months to the Border Management Authority’s Head Office and Ports of Entry.** Bidders should be experienced suppliers of office furniture capable of supply, delivery, and installation across multiple regions, with compliance to South African public procurement requirements (PFMA/Treasury), and demonstrated B-BBEE performance, tax compliance, and supplier registration requirements.

#### Requirements
- Proven track record delivering and installing office furniture in corporate environments, across multiple sites (Head Office and ports).  
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS or tax clearance, and comply with tax obligations (per BMA bid pack).  
- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and/or CSD number; ensure up-to-date information.  
- B-BBEE status verification or sworn affidavit as applicable for preference points.  
- Complete mandatory bid documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, Annexures A–F) and provide proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).  
- Declaration of Interest and compliance with PFMA/Treasury Regulations; disclose relationships with state employees or related parties.  
- Availability to comply with contracting terms, including delivery/install timelines, and potential site visits or briefings as per bid terms.
