#### Requirements

- Valid accreditation letter as an accredited microwave-link service provider (not older than 12 months)
- At least three signed customer reference letters for microwave-link services in the last 3 years
- Valid Letter of Good Standing (Coida)
- Tax compliance: tax clearance or PIN; SARS TCS PIN; if foreign, Part B:3 and separate TCS for consortia/joint ventures
- If no TCS but CSD is held, provide CSD number
- Stage One focuses on administrative compliance including the above; non-compliance renders bid null

Optional (non-mandatory) items include Consolidated BBBEE certificate (for consortiums), MBD7.2, proof of Public Liability Insurance, and consortium/joint-venture agreements (where applicable)
