## Summary

#### Overview
**Building maintenance and repairs at various Mossel Bay Municipality buildings**. Tenders are invited from contractors with a CIDB grading of 3 GB or higher for a period to 30 June 2029; JV partners permitted under conditions. Suitable for施工 firms with experience in building maintenance/repairs and capable of managing multi-facility scopes.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: 3 GB or higher (or equivalent via Regulations)  
- Attend compulsory information/site briefing (CIDB must be registered for all partners)  
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance Pin for each entity (and each JV member if applicable)  
- CIDB verification during evaluation; JV members compliant with CIDB rules  
- Central Supplier Database registration (CSD)  
- Authorized signatory with supporting resolution  
- Proof of locality for locality points (per policy)  
- Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner (and separate for JV members)  
- Adhere to prescribed functionality criteria (minimum 48/60 to be responsive) and price/locality/B-BBEE evaluation rules  
- Compliance with contract data (GCC/SCC), health and safety, and related enterprise questionnaires
