Le PNUD Comores recrute un bureau d'études international pour réaliser les études techniques et élaborer les plans d'aménagement de trois (3) sites de décharge, intégrant des solutions de valorisation des déchets recyclables et biodégradables. D'une durée de 3 mois, cette mission nécessite une solide expertise en ingénierie environnementale et une expérience avérée dans la conception de centres d'enfouissement technique (CET) en milieu insulaire.
