#### Requirements
- Proof of registration as a Professional Land Surveyor with SAGC.
- Quotation on business letterhead; neatly bound, indexed, and page-numbered.
- Copy of company registration documents (CK) and proof of CSD registration with certified IDs of owner(s).
- Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN.
- Municipal services clearance or lease agreement with current, ≤90-day bill (or official council residence letter if non-billed).
- Complete all compulsory MBD forms (notably MBD 4 and MBD 9) in full.
- SANAS-approved B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (points awarded, but not disqualifying if absent).
- Quotation must be sealed in an envelope, hand-delivered to Centlec; no email submissions.
- Prices excluding VAT; delivery charges included; bid valid for 30 days.
- Centlec may appoint a second-lowest bidder or request samples; no quotes from non-CSD registrants or Service of the State.
