#### Requirements
- Quotation on business letterhead; bound (ring-bound), indexed and page-numbered.
- Copy of company registration (CK).
- Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN.
- Registration on CSD with CSD report and certified ID copies of owners.
- Municipal services clearance or lease with current rates bill (or current account not older than 90 days); alternative official council letter for non-billed residents.
- Complete all compulsory MBD forms (MBD 4 and MBD 9) in full.
- SANAS-approved BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (points awarded; not disqualifying).
- No quotes from Service of the State; provide CSD number.
- Delivery within 30 days after order; payment to the company on official order; no third party.
- Prices excluding VAT; delivery charges included; validity of offer at least 30 days.
- 80/20 preferential procurement: 50% Black-owned, 50% Women-owned, 50% Youth-owned, locality criterion.
- CENTLEC reserves the right to appoint the second lowest bidder or accept part of a quotation.
