## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a cabinet/bureau d’études to support local information sharing on climate adaptation and diffusion of adaptation techniques in Mouyondzi and Oyo, Republic of the Congo.** Bidders should be cabinets/bureaux d’études (including NGOs) able to provide advisory services and knowledge transfer at local level for climate projects; preference for partners with Central Africa experience, knowledge of local demographics, gender expertise and experience in communication/formation.
#### Requirements
- Must be a consultancy capable of advisory services and local knowledge transfer on climate adaptation; strong emphasis on gender integration and community communication/graphic design; ability to train around 1,200 local actors; establish field schools (CEPs) and run multi‑actor exchange activities in Mouyondzi and Oyo.
- Key personnel profiles: Coordonnateur des activités à Mouyondzi; Expert.e clé 1 (Coordonnateur à Oyo); Expert.e clé 2 (Genre); Expert.e clé 3 (Communication et graphisme); pool of short‑term experts; CVs of technical/administrative staff to be provided.
- Qualifications for lead roles include a Master’s degree in agronomy, environmental management or natural resources; French C2; 7+ years general experience, 5+ years in facilitation/ multi‑stakeholder networks and leadership; 5 years regional/CD experience; 2+ years in development cooperation; experience with CEPs and gender/communication platforms.
- Compliance and delivery requirements aligned with GIZ Codes of Conduct, data protection, and project governance; existence of a project management plan, reporting, and knowledge‑sharing mechanisms.
- Duration: from contract signature through 16.07.2027; procurement references and CVs must be provided per annexes.
