#### Requirements
- OEM authorisation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (Applied Precision PLC s.r.o.) with verifiable contact details.
- Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and the National Treasury CSD (each JV member must be registered).
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; proof required; separate for each JV party.
- Compliance with SCM Policy, including declarations of interest, conflict of interest, past SCM practices, and independent bid determination.
- Health and safety: comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act; provide a detailed Health and Safety Plan upon request.
