#### Requirements
- SANAS accreditation for calibration services (as per SPECIFICATION).  
- Ability to calibrate the listed equipment (e.g., walk-in refrigerators and freezers with ranges 2-8 C and -15 to -25 C, plus other specified units in the SPECIFICATION.pdf).  
- Compliance with the SPECIFICATION; quotes not aligned may be disqualified.  
- Submission documents with the price quotation, valid for **60 days**: **SBD 4 form**, **SBD 6.1 form**, **CSD Full Report and Tax Clearance Certificate**, **BBBEE**, **SANAS Certificate**.
