## Summary

#### Overview
**ARC seeks a quotation for calibration of a Labcon DCA4S heating/digestion block at five temperature points.** Bidders should be able to perform laboratory equipment calibration/maintenance, hold CSD registration, and comply with ARC’s procurement rules (SBDs, VAT-inclusive pricing, and 60-day quotation validity). Delivery is to ARC Onderstepoort Institute, Pretoria.

#### Requirements
- Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include the CSD number and full CSD report.
- Ability to claim Specific Goals for 20 points (HDI ownership, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE status, SMME Promotion).
- Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
- Price quotation to be emailed to NembanzheniM@arc.agric.za.
- Provide warranty/guarantee details or evidence of relevant service experience.
- Prices must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, etc.; no price adjustments after submission.
- Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
- ARC reserves right to due diligence and price benchmarking; supplier must render upon PO.
