#### Overview
**Calibration of PCR thermal cyclers and Real-Time thermal cyclers at ARC Onderstepoort.** The ARC requires SANAS-accredited service providers to calibrate GeneAmp PCR systems (4 units) and Real-Time CFX96 systems (5 units), with travel costs and SANAS certificates included. #### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); include CSD number and full CSD report.
- SANAS accreditation and a valid SANAS certificate are mandatory (Special Condition).
- Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms and submit with the bid.
- Prices must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT and delivery; no price adjustments after award.
- Include warranty/guarantee details and, for services, documentation of relevant experience.
- Provide evidence of specific goals claimed for Preferential Procurement (HDI, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE, RDP/SMME) and indicate points under the applicable system (80/20 or 90/10).
- Goods/services to be delivered/rendered to ARC-Institute at the stated delivery address.
- ARC reserves right to conduct due diligence and benchmark prices; ARC may accept/reject terms.
