## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of Turbo Vap calibration at 40, 50 and 60 degrees (two calibrations) for ARC Onderstepoort, including travel/callout charges.** The call is open to service providers with calibration/metrology capability who are SANAS-accredited and registered on the CSD, and who can comply with SBD forms, tax clearance, BBBEE, and SANAS certification. #### Requirements
- SANAS accreditation for calibration services.  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; include CSD registration number and full CSD report.  
- Standard bidding forms: SBD4 and SBD6.1 completed and signed.  
- CSD Full Report and Tax Clearance Certificate; BBBEE documentation; SANAS certificate.  
- Delivery to ARC Institute address and provide warranty/experience documentation where applicable.  
- Preference points: claim specific goals under 80/20 or 90/10 system; provide proof for HDI, Women, Youth, PwD, BEE status, and SMME promotion. (refer to SBD6.1)

- Submission deadline: 12 August 2026 at 11:00; late submissions will not be considered.
