## Summary

#### Overview
**This Call for Expressions of Interest seeks to register suppliers for goods, works and services for the Ministry of Education and Human Resource (Mauritius).** Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, partnerships or joint ventures wishing to supply listed goods, services, works or consultancy and enter a pre-qualification register.

#### Requirements
- Complete and submit the Registration Form and supporting documents (Annex 1, Addendum).
- Provide the following documents (as applicable):
  - Brief company profile
  - Business Registration Card/Permit
  - VAT Registration Certificate
  - SME Registration
  - Micro Enterprise Registration
  - Registration of Construction Industry Authority (CIA)
  - HACCP Certificate and Food Handler’s Certificate (as regulated by the Food Act 2022)
  - Indicate e-Procurement System registration
  - Description of goods, works or services offered
  - Any other relevant documents
- Categories for registration include Goods, Services, Works and Consultancy (Annex 2–5).

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: 28 August 2026 (Procurement Notice lists 10:30; metadata shows 08:30) (see Procurement Notice). Registration documents available on the PPO and MOEHR websites (see Annex forms in the Addendum).
- Submission method: sealed envelope marked “Registration of Suppliers,” to Senior Chief Executive, MOEHR, Attn: The Secretary, Departmental Bid Committee, 3rd Floor, MITD House, Pont Fer, Phoenix. Post submissions accepted.
- Documents to submit: Registration Form and supporting documents (Annex 1); ticked items for Annex 2–5 as applicable.
- Required registrations/pre-qualifications: Business, VAT, SME/Micro, CIA; HACCP/food-related certifications where relevant; e-Procurement status.
- Clarifications: submit queries to The Senior Chief Executive, MOEHR (secretariatdbc@moemu.org) no later than 5 days before the deadline.
- Documents to obtain: Registration Form available on the PPO website and MOEHR site (see attached Annexes in Addendum: Annex 1–5). Prices must not be included in submissions (Procurement Notice).
