## Summary

#### Overview
**The Msunduzi Municipality invites proposals to provide a banking service for the Municipality for a period of five years.** Tenders are open to suitably qualified service providers with municipal banking experience, and a dedicated portfolio manager; documents are on the National Treasury eTender portal.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing banking services to municipalities.  
- Experience of the portfolio manager allocated to the municipality.  
- Two-stage adjudication: Stage One functionality; Stage Two 80/20 point system under the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.  
- Preference for Specific Goals: Black Owned Enterprise (10), Women-owned (5), location (5).  
- Registration and compliance: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with CSD Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference Number; valid Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin; prices VAT-inclusive.
