## Summary

#### Overview
**MerSETA seeks an accredited SDP/Assessment Centre to develop three assessment instruments, an exemplar instrument, an RPL Toolkit, and QASA for the Occupational Qualification Production Supervisor (115723), including support to obtain QCTO approval.** The work requires QCTO-recognised SDP accreditation for a related qualification, a lead subject-matter expert plus a team of assessors/moderators, and an industry SLA.

#### Requirements
- QCTO-recognised SDP accreditation for the related qualification (e.g., Automotive Sales Advisor or closely related) with evidence.
- Valid accreditation letter/certificate from the relevant authority.
- At least one team member who is a registered assessor with ≥3 years’ experience in occupational qualifications assessment or development.
- Signed SLA/MoU with a relevant automotive industry partner backing assessment development/validation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing assessment instruments, RPL tools, and QASA/QAS-related work, with evidence.
- Lead SME for the qualification and a team of 3 assessors/moderators.
- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration, tax compliance, and BBBEE documentation.
