#### Overview
**RFQ for catering services for Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo's Women’s Day Event.** Bidders should be professional caterers with halal/vegetarian capability, VAT-registered, COIDA good standing, and CSD registration, capable of serving ~700 attendees with beverages, meals, and required equipment (cups, plates, utensils, etc.). CIDB grading is not applicable.

#### Requirements
- Complete BOQ/specifications and provide valid Health Certificate.
- COIDA (Letter of Good Standing) and halal certificate in bidder’s name (or signed JV with halal holder).
- Proof of address for directors (latest municipal statement or lease), valid IDs for owners.
- Proof of registration with CSD; if applicable, JV agreement with required documentation.
- Tax/compliance: SARS TCS PIN or printed TCS certificate; where applicable, separate TCS for each JV/party.
- All tender documents completed; no correction fluid (initial corrections only).
- All prices inclusive of VAT; prepare a firm quotation; comply with 80/20 evaluation (price 80, specific goals 20).

#### How to Apply

- Submission method: sealed envelopes placed in the quotation box at the entrance on the closing date.

- Registrations: CSD vendor number; SARS TCS/PIN where required; B-BBEE verification as applicable.
