#### Requirements
- East London (Buffalo City) area service provider only
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS) and VAT registration
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Municipal Health Certificate (Certificate of Acceptability for food premises)
- Compliance with SCM policies and ability to service 120 guests on 1 October 2026
- Demonstrated experience in formal plated events for 100+ guests; appropriate staffing (e.g., ~15 waiters for 120 pax)
- Full-service catering including menu planning, crockery, cutlery, glassware, linens, staff, and beverages
- Submission of BBBEE documentation or exemption
- Completion of RFQ forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 7.2, SBD 9) and related declarations
