#### Requirements
- Mandatory Food Premises Certificate (in the bidding company name). 
- Complete and sign SBD forms; supply formal quotation; CSD report.
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN for tax status; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or CSD number; ensure SARS/CSD compliance.
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration where no TCS.
- Preference points: 80/20 system; 20 points for specific goals (ownership >50% by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities); require SBD6.1, BBBEE documentation, medical certificate for disability, and CIPC Ownership Certificate.
- Proposals must be on official letterhead and include VAT where applicable; may be subject to due diligence.
- DFFE may negotiate or reject non-compliant submissions and is not obliged to award to the lowest price.
