#### Overview
**Provision of Solar Powered Borehole Drilling and Equipping in Kana, Gokwe.** TelOne Zimbabwe invites bids from bidders with borehole drilling, solar PV, pumping and water-supply capabilities to deliver a turnkey solar-powered borehole project (Kana, Gokwe). Eligible bidders should have corporate registration, tax clearance, CR6 (directors), and be able to deliver within 30 days of contract signing.

#### Requirements
- 60-day bid validity; 1 original + 2 copies; table of contents with marked pages
- At least three written reference letters for similar services
- Completed Bid Submission Sheet and Bid Securing Declaration (Annex F)
- Copies of Current Tax Clearance, CR6 (Directors), Certificate of Incorporation
- Compliance with all mandatory technical and administrative requirements; no more than one bid per bidder
- Eligibility: legal capacity, not insolvent or in suspension, tax/social security compliance, no conflicts/debarment
