CBTD 52-26 FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CORDED TELEPHONE HANDSETS UNDER CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Standard Bidding Document for the supply and delivery of corded telephone handsets under a consignment arrangement. Procuring Entity is TelOne (Pvt) Ltd, Zimbabwe. The consignment stock agreement shall be concluded for a period of one (1) year from the commencement date stated in the agreement. TelOne will provide facilities for product distribution and selling of the products in Zimbabwe through TelOne distribution outlets and/or agents for the duration of the contract. The Consignor shall supply consignment stock to TelOne at agreed quantities based on orders. The Consignor must obtain all licenses, permits and approvals and intellectual property rights necessary for distribution in Zimbabwe. All sales shall be at prices and terms agreed upon with TelOne. TelOne shall be entitled to a commission for units sold, to be negotiated at contract stage. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding. Currency is USD. The award is by notification of consignment stock agreement upon signing. Open consignment, with shortlisting and potentially new quotations. Delivery site is TelOne, Epton Store, Harare.
