#### Overview
**The procurement is for TCFL ablutions refurbishment at TelOne Zimbabwe, covering the supply, demolition, plumbing, tiling and finishing works for a conference room ablution and two public ablutions.** Contractors with building refurbishment capability across demolition, brickwork, plumbing, tiling, carpentry and finishing trades, and with compliance to Zimbabwe tax and incorporation requirements, are invited to bid.

#### Requirements
- legal capacity to contract; not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or debarred
- comply with Zimbabwe tax and social security contributions; provide Current Tax Clearance
- no conflict of interest; not debarred from public procurement
- VAT status to be confirmed; provide CR6 showing directors; Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent
- at least three written reference letters for related services
- delivery period: 30 days from contract signing (Delivery Schedule, Part 2) (Tender Document)
- 10% performance security; 12-month warranty; delivery insurance; inspections and tests rights
