## Summary

#### Overview
**Upgrading of roads & stormwater in Clanwilliam: Phase 1.** Tenders invited by Cederberg Municipality for civil works to upgrade roads and stormwater in Clanwilliam. #### Requirements

- Attend the compulsory tender clarification meeting (02 Sep 2026, 11:00, Council Chambers).
- Non-refundable tender deposit of **R1140** (VAT inclusive); pay to Standard Bank and provide proof to collect documents.
- Complete the Preferential Points form for evaluation; bid price must be VAT inclusive.
- Bids must be on original bid docs, completed in black ink; no late, incomplete, faxed, or emailed submissions.
- Bids evaluated per Council SCM Policy; valid for **120 days**.

- Pay deposit: **R1140** to Standard Bank (Branch 05-0106, Acc. 082 163 324); reference “CED 11/2026-2027 – Company Name”; provide POP to collect documents.
- Register pre-qualifications: ensure CSD registration and Tax Clearance/TCS Pin are provided with the bid.
- Prepare bid: use original documents; complete all forms (including Preference Point form); ensure pricing is VAT inclusive.
- Site briefing: attend compulsory clarification session on 02 Sep 2026 at 11:00 (Council Chambers, Clanwilliam).
