## Summary

#### Overview

#### Requirements

- Non-refundable tender deposit of R1140.00 (VAT inclusive) payable to the municipality’s Standard Bank account; reference: “CED 12/2026-2027 – Company Name”; proof of payment required when collecting documents.
- Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed with the tender number and title, deposited in the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam.
- Fully completed tender documents must be placed in the tender box by 12:00 on 30 September 2026.
- Bids may only be submitted on bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality; the Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it.
