## Summary

#### Overview

- Fully completed tender documents must be placed in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the tender number and title, and deposited in the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Bids may only be submitted on documents issued by the Municipality.
- Closing deadline: 12:00 on 30 September 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender or accept part of it; is not bound to the lowest or any bid.
