## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of electrical material to Cederberg Municipality (CED 21/2026-2027).** Tenders are invited from electrical-material suppliers, distributors and retailers capable of supplying to a local municipality.

#### Requirements
- Non-refundable tender deposit of R1140 (VAT inclusive) payable to Standard Bank, Branch Code 05-0106, Account No 082 163 324. Reference: CED 21/2026-2027 – Company Name. Proof of payment required when collecting tender documents.
- Tender documents are available from 09 October 2026 at the Cederberg Municipality reception or from Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekej@cederberg.gov.za) upon payment of a tender participation fee.
- Bids must be submitted on the bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality, in a sealed envelope.
- Fully completed tender documents must be placed in the tender box at the Cederberg Municipal Main Building, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by no later than 12:00 on 09 November 2026.
- Proof of payment is required when collecting documents.

- The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw/re-advertise/reject any tender or to accept a part; not bound to lowest or any tender.

#### How to Apply

- Pay the non-refundable tender deposit of R1140 (VAT inclusive) to Standard Bank, Branch 05-0106, Account 082 163 324; reference CED 21/2026-2027 – Company Name; provide proof of payment to collect documents.
