## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider for the design, development and implementation of a modern website for Cederberg Municipality.** This is open to ICT/website development firms with capacity to deliver end‑to‑end municipal website design, development, deployment and implementation (including CMS integration and user experience).

#### Requirements
- Non-refundable tender deposit of R1101.00 (VAT inclusive) payable to the specified Standard Bank account.
- Proof of payment required when requesting or collecting tender documents.
- Tender documents to be requested/collected in English, from 26 June 2026.
- Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly endorsed with the tender number and title.
- Submissions must be made on official bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality.
- Closing date/time: 27 July 2026 at 12:00 (late submissions not accepted).
- Tenders opened immediately after submission in the Supply Chain Management Committee Room.
- The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw/re-advertise/reject any tender and is not bound to the lowest or any tender.
