**Appointment of armed security service provider to protect and escort SARS high-risk assets and illicit detained confiscated goods in transit for three years.** Bidders should be PSIRA-registered armed security providers with asset-in-transit capability, firearms licenses, regional coverage, and the capacity to operate a SARS security program (control room, fleet, training, PPE).

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration and good standing; COIDA good standing; Private Security Sector Provident Fund status
- Proof of accreditation for a certified shooting range in line with the Firearms Control Act
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Master Registration Number
- Completion and submission of required SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and related documents
- Three reference letters for escorting high-value assets with contract values ≥ R1m, plus three years of audited financial statements
- Demonstrate regional footprint, control room capability, weaponry lists (firearms licenses), and personnel (PSIRA-regulated CIT/Assets In Transit officers); training, PPE, and uniform protocols
- Compliance with SARS procurement rules, including anti-corruption and due diligence provisions
