## Summary

#### Overview
**CENTLEC invites bids for the provision of mechanical and auto electrical services to inspect, repair, test, certify, maintain and provide material related to CENTLEC vehicle fleet for a period of 36 months.** Suitable bidders are service providers with capabilities in vehicle maintenance, auto-electrical work, certification, and spare-parts provisioning for a diverse fleet.

#### Requirements
- Proven ability to perform mechanical and auto-electrical servicing on CENTLEC’s fleet, including inspection, repair, testing, certification, maintenance, and parts supply (as per Annexure B fleet details).
- Access to qualified artisans and appropriate after-hours support (labour rates for Qualified and Non-Qualified Artisans; after-hours labour; call-out charges).
- Pricing structure includes spares/material markup (up to 17%), and a traveling charge per kilometer.
- Fleet scope includes a wide range of vehicles from light pickups to heavy cranes and trailers (see Fleet Register Annexure B).
