#### Requirements

- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; where applicable, separate PIN/CSD for consortium members.
- Submission on official forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and inclusion of pricing documentation; prior signing of SBD7 may be required for long-term contracts.
- CK1 registration (CIPC) and VAT registration where applicable; proof of address.
- Ability to supply and maintain cleaning equipment and consumables; comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
